Marco Dolfi received an Honours B.A. from the University of Western Ontario in 1993, and received his LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School at York University in 1996. Marco was admitted to the Ontario Bar in 1998, and has since practiced in Windsor, Ontario.
Marco has a diversified business law practice advising clients in such matters as the purchase and sale of a business, secured lending, tax planned reorganizations and insolvency issues. Marco also advises international businesses with respect to inbound investments into Canada, and outbound investments into the United States. In addition to advising his business clients, Marco represents a number of not-for-profit organizations.
