Melanie A. Gardin was called to the Ontario Bar in 2002. Since then, she has practiced in the areas of civil and commercial litigation. Ms. Gardin is now exclusively practicing in the areas of personal injury, medical malpractice, negligence, tort and insurance law. Ms. Gardin is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Essex Law Association and is the Treasurer of the Essex County Association of Women Lawyers. Ms. Gardin is the Vice-President and Chair of the Children's Health Care Network of Windsor and Essex County ("CHCN") which is a non-profit organization specializing in children's mental health.
