Jennifer L. McKim received her Bachelor of Law degree from the University of Windsor in 2004 and was admitted to the Ontario Bar in 2005. She also possesses an honours Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminology and Psychology from the University of Windsor.
Jennifer is part of the business law group at Ducharme Fox. She has advised and assisted clients with commencing business operations, the purchase and sale of businesses, real estate transactions, the preparation of commercial agreements, including shareholder agreements, and various other corporate and commercial matters.
Jennifer is also active in her community. She sits on the Board of Directors for Essex Community Services, and is a member in good standing of both the Law Society of Upper Canada and the Essex County Law Association. |
