Biography
Mary M.S. Fox practises Family Law in all aspects, with emphasis on financial issues involving business owners and professionals. Experienced in litigation and alternate dispute resolution. Appeared at all levels of Ontario Courts. Acted as mediator. Instructed and lectured in the Bar Admission Course in Family Law in Windsor. Frequent speaker and panelist on family law and professionalism. Organized and chaired many continuing education programs on Family Law, professional practise issues and civil justice reform. Served as member on numerous professional organizations, including the Civil Rules Committee, the Advocates Society and Ontario Bar Association committees. Recipient of recognitions and awards for leadership, professionalism, mentoring and volunteering. Recognized by peers as among “The Best Lawyers in Canada” in Family Law.
