As a law firm situated on the Canada-U.S. border, we have assisted clients with various cross border transactions and have developed affiliations with numerous U.S. law firms and other professionals to provide seamless service to our U.S. and Canadian clientele. Our proximity to the U.S. border often allows us to meet with our U.S.-based clients in person to address their needs or attend meeting where Canadian counsel is required.
