Our Criminal Law Department is presently composed of four lawyers, all experienced and highly skilled.
The Chair of the Department is Patrick Ducharme, long regarded as one of
the finest, most imaginative criminal defense lawyers in the province. Over the years, Patrick and his
team have defended countless numbers of clients in all manner of cases ranging from first degree murder
to impaired driving to speeding. There is simply no criminal offence that our Criminal Law Department
is not perfectly suited to handle.
